These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Exhale Space website, programs, memberships, content, classes, communities, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Prisha Wellness Private Limited ("The Exhale Space", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, joining our programs, participating in classes, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. About The Exhale Space
The Exhale Space is a motherhood wellness platform that provides educational, wellness, movement, and community-based offerings designed to support women through various stages of motherhood. Our Services may include pregnancy wellness programs, postpartum wellness programs, fertility-focused programs, online movement and yoga-based classes, recorded and live-streamed sessions, workshops and events, podcasts and educational content, community spaces including WhatsApp groups and other online communities, downloadable resources and guides, social media content and educational resources, and additional wellness services introduced from time to time.
The Company is incorporated under the laws of India and operates globally through digital platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, that information provided by you is accurate and current, and that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
3. Health, medical and wellness disclaimer
The Exhale Space provides wellness, educational, movement, and informational content only. Nothing provided through our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, healthcare services, psychological counselling or professional medical supervision.
Our content is not intended to replace advice from your doctor, obstetrician, gynecologist, physiotherapist, mental health professional, or other healthcare provider. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, movement, wellness, or recovery program, particularly during fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or if you have any existing medical condition.
4. Pregnancy, fertility and postpartum participation
Participation in any class, workshop, program, or activity offered by The Exhale Space is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that every pregnancy, fertility journey, birth experience, and postpartum recovery is unique; results cannot be guaranteed; physical activity carries inherent risks; you are responsible for monitoring your own condition and discontinuing participation if discomfort, pain, dizziness, bleeding, contractions, or any concerning symptoms occur; and you participate at your own risk.
The Exhale Space, its instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for injuries, complications, losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from participation in our Services except where required by applicable law.
5. Memberships, programs and payments
The Exhale Space offers various memberships, programs, and services that may change over time. Membership periods may include fixed-term pregnancy programs, six-week postpartum programs, quarterly memberships, six-month memberships, annual memberships and other program formats introduced in the future.
Memberships do not renew automatically. At the end of the applicable membership period, access will expire unless a new purchase is made. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase and must be paid in full before access is granted. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Recorded classes and content
Some classes may be pre-recorded or recorded and delivered with instructor support, moderation, or guidance during scheduled sessions. By participating in classes, you acknowledge that class formats may vary and may include live, recorded, hybrid, or instructor-supported sessions. All recordings, videos, audio content, downloads, guides, worksheets, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of The Exhale Space and Prisha Wellness Private Limited.
7. Community guidelines
Members may be invited to participate in WhatsApp groups, online communities, workshops, events, or other community spaces. Users agree to communicate respectfully; avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct; avoid providing medical advice to other members; respect the privacy of other participants; and refrain from promotional, commercial, or spam activities. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community space without refund if their conduct is harmful, disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content made available through The Exhale Space, including but not limited to videos, recordings, class materials, logos, branding, graphics, text, educational resources, downloads, podcasts, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Prisha Wellness Private Limited. You may not share login credentials, reproduce or distribute content, record classes without permission, upload content to public platforms, sell or commercially exploit any content, or create derivative works based on our content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Exhale Space and Prisha Wellness Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
